Sanctus Reach

Sanctus Reach is a cluster of Imperial worlds in the Ultima Segmentum that became the target of one of the most ferocious Ork invasions of recent times. When a vast greenskin horde swept into the region, it fell upon the sector's planets with overwhelming numbers and savage momentum, threatening to overrun every world in its path and leave the Reach a smoldering greenskin dominion.

The Orks, led by a cunning and brutal warlord, brought the full weight of their frenzied war-making to bear, and the beleaguered defenders were swiftly driven back. The industrial world at the heart of the campaign became a critical battleground, its hive cities and manufactorums fought over street by street as the tide of the invasion threatened to swallow it whole.

Into this desperate struggle came the Space Wolves, who answered the call and hurled themselves against the greenskin horde in a campaign of savage counterattacks. Alongside the embattled regiments of the Imperial defenders, these Space Marines fought to break the momentum of the invasion and preserve what could be saved. The war for Sanctus Reach became a byword for the ferocity of Ork warfare and the desperate, grinding effort required to hold the frontier worlds of the Imperium against the ever-present greenskin tide.
