World Eaters Terminators

Tactical Dreadnought armour is among the most treasured relics a World Eaters warband possesses, and it is granted only to those killers whose tally of skulls has earned them a place among the Legion's elite. Encased in the ponderous plates of a bygone age, these Terminators surrender the sprinting fury of their brothers for an armour that shrugs aside firepower which would annihilate lesser warriors, letting them close the distance and set about their bloody work regardless of what the enemy hurls against them.

World Eaters Terminators are most often unleashed by teleporter, materialising in a howl of displaced air amid the enemy's strongest formations before their foes can react. There they wield chainfists, power weapons, and lightning claws to hew through elite infantry and armoured hulls with equal ease. Such warriors form the iron core of a warband's assault and the bodyguard of its greatest champions; the dreaded Blood Cult that guards the Chaos Lord Zhufor is one such brotherhood, a wall of blood-slick ceramite that has broken the defence of more than one Imperial stronghold. Slow they may be by the standards of the Legion, but few sights are more terrible than a knot of World Eaters Terminators grinding inexorably toward the heart of a battle line.
