Magma Cannon

The Magma Cannon is one of the signature horrors of the Chaos Dwarf arsenal, a squat and brutal war machine that vomits a torrent of molten rock across the battlefield. Its barrel is bound with daemonic runes that conjure fire hotter than any forge, and when it discharges, a searing wave of liquid stone pours over the enemy, setting men and monsters alight and cooling over the dead like a shroud of glass.

There is no armour it respects and little cover it cannot simply pour around. A single blast can immolate a rank of knights in their saddles or reduce a war-beast to a smoking, half-melted ruin, and the crews, hobgoblin loaders labouring under a dawi-zharr gunner's cruel eye, feed and fire it with the grim efficiency of workers at a furnace. The Magma Cannon embodies the whole cold philosophy of Zharr-Naggrund: that anything living is merely raw material, and that fire, applied in sufficient quantity, resolves every problem the empire has ever faced.
