War Sleigh

The War Sleigh is a uniquely Kislevite engine of war, a great armoured sled that skims across the frozen wastes where wheeled chariots would founder and bog. Drawn by a team of powerful northern horses, its iron-shod runners hiss over snow and ice at terrifying speed, bearing a crew of gunners and axemen who rake the foe with fire before crashing home. The sleigh's reinforced prow is built to smash through ranks like an icebreaker through pack-ice, scattering warriors and trampling the fallen beneath hoof and runner. In the long winters of the oblast, when snow lies deep and every other army grinds to a halt, the War Sleigh comes into its own, ranging swift and merciless across a landscape that has stopped its enemies dead. Bells and banners deck its frame, and the thunder of its passage carries far across the white silence, a herald of Kislevite fury borne on the winter wind.
