The Daemons of Slaanesh are the youngest of the warp's legions, born alongside their god in the cataclysm that ended an ancient and decadent civilisation. They embody the pursuit of sensation without restraint, the drive to feel everything more keenly than can be endured, and they carry that hunger onto the battlefield as a weapon. To fight them is to be seduced and slaughtered in the same breath.
Foremost among them are the daemonettes, lithe and razor-clawed dancers who strike with blinding speed, joined by the mounted seekers and the graceful, monstrous keepers of secrets. Where Khorne's daemons overpower and Nurgle's endure, Slaanesh's servants overwhelm, moving so swiftly that defenders scarcely register their approach before the killing is done. Their beauty is a genuine hazard, capable of freezing a soldier's hand at the fatal moment, and their laughter is the last sound many hear. They collect the souls of the fallen not merely as tribute but as sensations to be savoured, and each life they claim adds to an appetite that can never, by its nature, be satisfied.
