Rogue Trader Entourage

A Rogue Trader never ventures into danger alone. Around each of these privateer-princes gathers an entourage as singular as its master, a personal court assembled from the strangest and most capable servants a Warrant of Trade can command. It is a retinue built for a life spent trading, fighting, and plundering along the Imperium's ragged frontier, and it reflects both the freedom and the eccentricity that a warrant confers.

Such a company might include a Death Cult Executioner to deal silent death, a Rejuvenat Adept to hold back the ravages of age and injury, and a Lectro-Maester to coax the machine-spirits of a vessel to obedience, all attended by a knot of well-armed voidsmen and, more often than not, a faithful ship's canid. Beyond this inner circle a Rogue Trader dynasty draws upon hard-bitten naval crew, sworn retainers, and hired mercenaries, and thinks little of numbering aliens, mutants, and other undesirables among its followers, the sort of company no respectable Imperial household would ever be suffered to keep.

Opulently equipped and answerable to almost no one, the Rogue Trader leads this outlandish court through war zones and uncharted space alike, chasing profit and prestige with equal hunger. Bedecked in finery and bristling with archeotech and captured xenos wargear, master and retinue together are a force to be reckoned with, as comfortable brokering a fortune as they are cutting their way out of an ambush at the galaxy's edge.
