Biel-Tan

Biel-Tan is the most martial and unyielding of the great craftworlds, its every action bent toward a single fevered dream: the rebirth of the fallen Aeldari empire that once spanned the stars. Where other survivors of the Fall accept their people's slow twilight, the folk of Biel-Tan refuse to mourn. They believe the galaxy is theirs by ancient right, usurped by lesser races who crawl across worlds that should belong to the eternal masters of creation.

The warhosts of Biel-Tan are drawn overwhelmingly from the Aspect Warriors, the disciplined killers of the Path of the Warrior, and their armies move as a single blade. This concentrated fury is called the Swordwind, a doctrine of swift, overwhelming assault that shatters foes before they can react. To ride to war with Biel-Tan is to enact a work of terrible artistry, each stroke of the campaign choreographed with the cold precision of a masterwork blade.

Sacred to the Aeldari of Biel-Tan are the Avatar of Khaine and the wraith-constructs of the Maiden Worlds, the untouched paradise planets they crusade to reclaim from alien defilement. Yet for all their glory, the Swordwind's proud numbers dwindle with every crusade, spent freely in the name of a resurrection that may never come. Biel-Tan wars against extinction itself, and each victory carves another wound in its irreplaceable ranks.
