Kor'sarro Khan

Kor'sarro Khan is the Master of the Hunt of the White Scars and the khan of the Chapter's 3rd Brotherhood, a warrior as wild and untameable as the steppe winds of Chogoris. Fierce to the edge of savagery, bold to the edge of recklessness and brash to the edge of open insubordination, he is nonetheless among the most accomplished blades the sons of the Great Khan have ever produced.

His title is no empty honorific. As Master of the Hunt, Kor'sarro is charged with running to ground the deadliest enemies of the Chapter and the Imperium, pursuing them across worlds and star systems with the tireless single-mindedness of a born predator. Whether tearing across the battlefield upon his assault bike Moondrakkan or descending from the sky in a gunship's hold, he closes upon his quarry and ends the hunt with a stroke of his ancient power sword, Moonfang.

The roll of his kills reads like a litany of the Imperium's foes. Most storied of all was his decades-long pursuit of the Daemon Prince Kernax Voldorius, a hunt that spanned the stars before the Khan finally struck the monster down. He has claimed too the Eldar corsair lord Varaliel and the infamous Doomrider, and has driven the Chaos warlord Paramyx from the field. In keeping with the traditions of his people, Kor'sarro takes the heads of his greatest adversaries as trophies of the endless hunt.

Beneath his ferocity beats the fierce, free heart of the White Scars, for whom war is the greatest hunt and honour is won in the chase. Kor'sarro Khan embodies that spirit utterly, a warrior who lives for the moment of the kill, and who will follow the Emperor's enemies to the very ends of the galaxy rather than let a single one escape his blade.
